Pre-Purchase Consultation

Buying a new business is a huge investment and outlay; so it only makes good financial sense to ensure that it will be a business which will be successful and prosperous. I have had many clients who wished that they had got me in BEFORE they bought a business! It would have saved themselves a lot of heartache and money.

The Pre-Purchase Consultation is not as in depth as for a business that you may be already in, we omit certain schools of Feng Shui and the report will detail what you will expect from the business should you go ahead with the purchase. In most cases you can rectify most situations, but be aware I will be honest, up front and tell you how it is. I would be doing you a disservice, if I didn’t give you the true findings and I want the best for my clients.

We will need:-

A4 size copies of the Floor Plan of premises x 2; (architect, building or shire plans; not hand drawn plans)
Year the premises were built;
Dates of Birth of people who will be buying the business;
Times of Birth (only if known);

Pre-Purchase Consultation includes:-

On-Site Consultation.
Verbal Report with Charts.

Not The One

If the business turns out to be full of ‘challenges’ and you decide NOT to proceed with the sale, the next one we will only require a floor plan and year it was built; the fee will also be less.

This is THE One

When the business is given the green light and you proceed with the sale; The International House of Feng Shui can then be contacted to arrange the Cures Map, Recommendations Report and even a selection of auspicious dates to move into your new premises. (Fee will be quoted prior to appointment).
