Feng Shui Consultations

There are many reasons why people request a Feng Shui Consultation and the benefits are numerous. Refer to the individual categories for the list of benefits.

Our approach to Feng Shui is that it has to be realistic and practical. We listen to the clients needs as there is very little point in suggesting knocking out walls if this is going to be an absolute impossibility.

The International House of Feng Shui conducts all of their consultations with integrity and all information is treated in the strictest of confidence. We are passionate about providing a professional service to all of our clients.

As you can appreciate every consultation is different and unique. All of the charts are done by hand; no computer software program is used. I believe in giving clients an authentic experience, for my clients to feel that energy, focus and time has been given to them.

We offer different services and levels of consultations depending on your needs. Almost all of our Consultations provide you with:-

• On-Site Consultation – this is when we visit the premises take a Lo Pan (Feng Shui Compass) and make many observations of the Exterior & Interior of the building.


• Full Written Report – I believe that if you are paying for a service you should have something to show for it. The International House of Feng Shui provides a comprehensive full written report with Findings, all Charts and Recommendations. You are then able to check off as you implement each recommendation and you have something to refer to whenever you wish.


• Delivery of Report – we deliver the written report to discuss and high light the findings and recommendations. We always encourage the opportunity for questions and clarity. As we have everything on file we are still able to offer this after the report delivery; how often do we think of something to ask after the person has gone?

Schools of Feng Shui Utilised

Where possible we incorporate the following Schools of Feng Shui, this gives us the opportunity of creating optimum results and outcome for our clients:-

• Form School – this is the visual observations both exterior and interior.
• Bagua – this is used to identify the location of the different aspects that our clients wish to improve, eg. Career, Health, Prosperity, Education, Relationships, etc.
• 8 Mansion – this is when we identify the auspicious and inauspicious locations and directions of the premises as well as for the individual person. Where possible we then make recommendation as to the best place to locate beds, reception and office desks, etc.
• Flying Stars – this is used to identify where the negative and positive energies are located within the premises, then we are able to fine tune what we have already suggested.
• 4 Pillars of Destiny – this is can give us an indication of what is happening with the individual occupants and staff. It also is used for being able to suggest colours and elements to introduce to support and provide balance for our clients.

What we will need from the client:-

This is a general list; refer to the individual categories for a more accurate list.

• Floor plan of premises; (to scale; architect or shire plans; not hand drawn plans)
• Year the premises were built;
• Dates of Birth of all occupants;
• Times of Birth (only if known);

Cost and Payment

There is no standard fee due to the many different variables to each premise. However, we will ask clarifying questions so that we can quote an accurate fee before commencing a Consultation. We also request a 50% deposit which is to be paid at the time of the On-Site Consultation and the balance to be paid at the Delivery of Report. This can also break up the payment, making it more manageable for clients. Payments can be made by Cheque, Cash, Internet Banking or Credit Card.

Time Required

Depending on the size of premises and how many occupants of the premises, we ask our clients to allow approximately 1 hour for the on-site consultation. We are able to do this due to doing all the charting, findings and reporting off site and in our office, thus not taking up your valuable time. There is at least 8 hours worth of work that goes into the behind the scenes part. We then allow approximately 1 and a half hours for the delivery of report.

Country, National & International

The International House of Feng Shui regularly travels and is invited to conduct Feng Shui Consultations for residential, commercial and corporate clients all over Australia and overseas. On – Site Consultations are still required in person (this will never be done via correspondence) and the report is sent to you with a follow up call. We welcome all enquiries.
