Existing Business
For an existing business we focus on getting the energy flowing correctly through arrangement and placement of furniture, colours and elements to encourage balance, harmony and anything else that may have been lacking prior to the consultation.
We look at outside influences, the entire building (where possible), individual rooms/offices and all key personnel.
We are aware that there may be some limitations as to what you will be able to put in place on rental premises and this is given due consideration with the reporting.
You will be asked to make the following available at the On-Site Consultation:
- A4 size copies of the Floor Plan of premises x 2; (architect/building or shire plans; not hand drawn plans). If it is a rental property you may need to obtain these from the owner or ask for written permission from the owner to obtain the plans from the shire.
- Year the premises were built;
- Dates of Birth of all key staff;
- Times of Birth (only if known);
- Any changes you may be considering, e.g. Renovations or expansion.
Home Based Business
These businesses make up over 65% of Small Businesses across Australia alone and should never be discounted. A Feng Shui Consultation would be as for a Residential Consultation, but with consideration also given to the Office & Staff.
‘Feng Shui With The Lot’ Consultation
- Full Written Report – A comprehensive full written report with Findings, all Charts and Recommendations that is approximately 30 pages. You are then able to check off as you implement each recommendation and you have something to refer to whenever you wish to do so.
- Delivery of Report – The written report is delivered to you within 2 weeks, where we discuss and high light the findings and recommendations. As we have everything on file we offer the opportunity for asking questions and clarification, even after the delivery of report; how often do we think of something to ask after the person has gone?
- Check Up – We return for a final check; this is usually a month after the delivery of report has take place to give you time and space to implement the recommended changes, which gives you peace of mind to ensure that you have implemented the changes correctly.
‘Feng Shui On A Budget’ Consultation
- On-Site Consultation – We visit the premises take a Lo Pan (Feng Shui Compass) and make many observations of the Exterior & Interior of the building.
- Verbal Report – The charting is completed on site and a Verbal Report with Cures Map and Recommendations is provided at the same time.
