Building New Home

Existing Home:

For a home that is about to be built we focus on getting the energy flow correct by being able to chart the block of land and then suggesting the best place to locate certain rooms. We still advise on arrangement of furniture, colours and elements to encourage balance, harmony and prosperity for the new home. We look at outside influences, the entire home, individual rooms and each person that will be residing in the new home.

You will be asked to make the following available at the On-Site Consultation:

• Plan of the block (if already purchased)
• Proposed floor plans of premises; (architect or shire plans; not hand drawn plans).
• Dates of Birth of all occupants;
• Times of Birth (only if known);

Own Home

For an existing home we focus on getting the energy flowing correctly through arrangement of furniture, colours and elements to encourage balance, harmony and anything else that may have been lacking prior to the consultation. We look at outside influences, the entire home, individual rooms and each person residing in the home.

Rental Home

For a rental home we are aware that there will be some limitations as to what you will be able to put in place; so the only difference in the above consultation will be just how you introduce certain colours and elements.

You will be asked to make the following available at the On-Site Consultation for either Rental or Own Home:

• Floor plan of premises; (architect or shire plans; not hand drawn plans). If it is a rental property you may need to obtain these from the owner or ask for written permission from the owner to obtain the plans from the shire.
• Year the premises were built;
• Dates of Birth of all occupants;
• Times of Birth (only if known);
• Any changes you may be considering, e.g. Renovations (for Own Homes).

Emerald

• All of The Above.
• PLUS Audio Report. For easy listening.

Ruby

• All of The Above.
• PLUS Recommended Products/Cures Provided. All of the available products provided, delivered and placed. For clients outside of Perth, provided and posted.
• PLUS Monthly Report (for 12months). Giving you monthly recommendations for you to build on to further improve the Feng Shui.
