Pre-Purchase Consultation

Buying a new home is a huge investment and outlay; so it only makes good financial sense to ensure that it will be a home that will attract good health, harmony and prosperity. It is becoming more common now for people to put an offer on a house ‘Subject to Feng Shui Consultation/Audit’.

The Pre-Purchase Consultation is not as in depth as ones for homes that you are already in, we omit certain schools of Feng Shui and the report will detail what you will expect from the home should you go ahead with the purchase. In most cases you can rectify most situations, but be aware I will be honest, up front and tell you how it is. I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t give you the true findings and I want the best for my clients.

We will need:-

Floor plan of premises; (to scale; architect, building or shire plans; not hand drawn plans)
Year the premises were built;
Dates of Birth of people who will be residing in the new home;
Times of Birth (only if known);

Pre-Purchase Consultation includes:-

On-Site Consultation.
Verbal Report with Charts.

Not The One

If the house turns out to be full of ‘challenges’ and you decide NOT to proceed with the sale, the next home we will only require a floor plan and year it was built; the fee will also be less.

This is The One

When the house is given the green light and you proceed with the sale; The International House of Feng Shui can then be contacted to arrange the Cures Map, Recommendations Report and even a selection of auspicious dates to move into your new home. (Fee to be quoted prior to appointment).
